Duties
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
- Front Deak and Night Audit responsabilities under Hilton Systems.
- Investigate theft, fraud, or policy violations through observation, interviews, and evidence collection
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations and incident responses
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and security observations
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring safety for all parties involved
- Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies and best practices across the store
- Maintain security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure optimal operation
Requirements
- Prior experience in Night Audit and or Lost Preventio or related fields preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV systems operation
- Ability to conduct thorough criminal investigations with attention to detail
- Excellent report writing skills to document incidents accurately and clearly
- Proven conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with loss prevention principles and security protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
