Our company is looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our fleet. You must have driving or trucking experience. A background in roadside assistance or experience loading and unloading a flatbed truck or tractor-trailer is a plus. Your primary duties will revolve around assisting disabled motorists with services such as changing their tires or transporting them to a nearby garage, or towing cars that have a parking or other illegal infraction. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and can manage their time well while on the road.
Respond to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents
Stay in contact with motorists when you are en route
Tow vehicles to a garage
Safely load cars onto the back of your truck
Keep your truck clean and in good condition
Respond quickly to dispatched calls.
A CDL or TX Drivers License
TDLR IM License
At least one year of driving experience
Strong communication and time management skills
Basic mechanical skills
Attention to detail when documenting work
Physical strength and stamina
Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call.
