Job Description:

You’ll work directly with internal leadership, carriers, property owners, and vendors handling real-world lease negotiations, easements, and contract management tied to nationwide network expansion efforts. Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating contracts within telecom, wireless infrastructure, real estate, or a related industry
- Direct hands-on experience proofing and analyzing lease agreements, easements, amendments, access agreements, or other real estate/legal documentation
- Ability to read and interpret surveys, title documents, deeds, legal descriptions, and related property documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, property owners, and external stakeholders
Nice to have:
• Telecom or tower industry experience
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review ground lease agreements, tenant licenses, easements, amendments, access agreements, and related real estate documentation
- Support day-to-day contract administration and ensure drafting assignments are completed accurately and on schedule
- Review legal documents including surveys, deeds, title policies, mortgages, purchase contracts, and legal descriptions
- Work directly with internal teams, vendors, contractors, carriers, property owners, and title companies to support ongoing projects
- Track contract activity and documentation within internal systems and databases
- Assist with reporting, research, scheduling, and data management related to real estate transactions
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract interpretation and property-related issues
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously within a fast-paced telecom infrastructure environment
