Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy; manage stock replenishment and stocking procedures
- Assist with shipping logistics including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by properly storing items in designated locations and managing packaging materials
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and ensuring timely order fulfillment
Skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities
- Experience operating forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service initiatives
