Square Deal Machining, Inc (Marathon, NY-Metal Fabricator) and it’s two sister companies, Kurtz Truck Equipment, Inc (Marathon, NY-Truck Upfitter) and Metal Solutions, Inc (Utica, NY-Metal Fabricator) are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our teams.
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for duties such as social media content creation, regular posts regarding each business, photography of product, employee relations, and getting us visible across appropriate platforms. You will be responsible for Graphic Designs for items such as business cards, brochures, marketing pamphlets for shows/career centers. Individual must be able to think outside the box, have an eye for design, while keeping up on the latest trends.
Interested applicants must be aware duties will cover all 3 business and must be willing and able to travel to Marathon and Utica, NY each week (accommodations will be discussed at interview).

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees marketing functions, including coordination, planning and reporting of requests
- Interfaces with Management Team to fulfill marketing initiatives
- Coordinates creation of visual content for websites, social media, trade shows, career fairs, and department requests
- Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas, capture staff stories, and execute communication to appropriate audiences
- Manages execution of ongoing projects for internal and external marketing
- Internal moral boosters/incentive creation
- Manages development and maintenance of website updates, focusing on design and visuals
- Photograph and design graphics with appropriate images and content for various needs
- Manage and create video content for internal and external audiences
- Support audience growth, engagement and brand awareness
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, in good standing, no exceptions
- Willingness to travel weekly (home evenings)
- Flexible schedule on occasion (Business Events, Trade Shows, Career Fairs)
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Knowledge of branding strategies and public relations practices to enhance corporate image
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
