The Recruiter position is responsible for supporting the essential operation of the office. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the client base through professional and discretionary Temporary Employee placement and providing superior customer service.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Communicate with Temporary Employees to build rapport, respond to inquiries and resolve conflicts
- Communicate with all levels of employees at Client to build rapport, take orders and provide status reports, monitor attendance and performance, and resolve conflicts.
- Track all open orders on the order board.
- Complete daily Opening and Closing Notes to ensure thorough follow up and documentation.
- Make discretionary decisions on placement.
- Administer pre-employment paperwork regarding any client requirements, drug screens, background check, reference checks, orientation programs, safety training, harassment and discrimination training and awareness in accordance with state and federal law and Client and Masterson Staffing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Attend check-ins and/or perform Got There Calls to monitor customer satisfaction and quality.
- Monitor attendance and performance daily and administer appropriate coaching or disciplinary action when necessary in accordance with Masterson Staffing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collect and audit timecards, distribute checks and resolve any outstanding payroll problems.
- Report all claims of alleged harassment and/or discrimination immediately.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for all workers’ compensation claims.
- determining the course of action for Temporary Employee performance issues that may include coaching, counseling, progressive discipline and termination.
