Compensation & Benefits:

Team Lead/Driver Pay: $14–$18/hour, paid weekly

Full-time, No nights. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various home cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.

Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to company standards.

Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and with care.

Notify office staff of any damages, supply needs, or unusual circumstances at the job site.

Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning procedures.

Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude throughout the workday.

For Team Leads: Drive company vehicle, manage daily cleaning route, and oversee quality assurance.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Attention to detail and pride in your work.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of English (Spanish-speaking team members welcome!).

Valid driver’s license, with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Minimum age of 21 (to drive the company vehicle).
Preferred:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Customer service experience is a plus.
