Duties
- Support managing legal teams by coordinating schedules, meetings, and documentation to ensure seamless collaboration
- Assist with procedural law compliance by preparing filings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate case records
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal agreements to ensure clarity and compliance
- Aid in litigation discovery by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant documents and evidence for ongoing cases
- Contribute to legal writing tasks such as drafting memos, summaries, and correspondence that clearly communicate complex information
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation and strategic decision-making
- Maintain organized files of case materials, contracts, and procedural documents for easy access and review
Experience
- Proven experience supporting legal teams or working within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong knowledge of procedural law principles and courtroom procedures
- Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields
- Experience assisting with litigation discovery processes from document collection to review
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software is a plus
