Atlantic Sintered, a leader in sintered metal gearing & structural components, is seeking skilled, hardworking CNC Operators to join our 2nd & 3rd Shift teams in Wrentham, MA.
The starting rate for this position is $20.20 per hour plus a shift differential for working off shifts. The shift differentials are $1.00 for 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm) and $2.50 for 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7:15am).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Operate CNC Machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications.
- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with CNC Machines (Mill or Lathe).
- Strong understanding of machining process and technique.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
