Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat requests in a timely, professional manner
- Meet and greet walk-in customers and help to pick the perfect car for them.
- Use CRM tools (E-Leads CRM is a plus) to manage customer interactions and follow-up effectively
- Assist customers with vehicle selection via phone, text, email, or video conferencing
- Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits and test drives
- Maintain relationships with past and potential customers to increase retention and loyalty
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
- No auto sales experience required – Prior Automotive sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
- A genuine desire to help customers and work as part of a winning team
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Valid Sales License
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Go getter, entrepreneur mentality with positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
