About the Position:
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time key holder stylists who are outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and hard working to offer our customers an unparalleled shopping experience in order to exceed sales goals and grow our brand. As a key holder stylist, you will be responsible for opening and/ or closing the store and all day to day tasks. Having a positive attitude in order for everyone to thrive in an uplifting atmosphere is an absolute must. You will be responsible for using the cash register to ring out customers, helping pull items to assist with styling, help in fitting rooms, helping to process shipment, keeping the store clean and organized, assisting with visual merchandising and in-store displays, loss prevention, and being able to work as a team with other managers, key holders, & stylists.
Daily tasks:
· Customer service- Greeting every customer who enters the store & feeling comfortable pulling several pieces of clothing, shoes, jewelry, & accessories to create looks for customers. Being outgoing and having a bubbly personality are strengths in this position as well as a genuine love of fashion.
· Organization- Opening & closing Rochelle’s Boutiques & everything that goes on in between. This means being organized, trustworthy, dependable & available is necessary for this position especially nights, weekends, & holidays
· Merchandising- knowledge of visual techniques in order to create clean and beautiful displays weekly including window displays, table layouts and floor sets according to Rochelle’s Boutiques guidelines
Requirements:
· The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-2 years retail experience in a retail women’s clothing store setting (not required)
· Must enjoy working with people and able to stay calm & upbeat in a fast-paced environment
· Must be familiar with current & upcoming trends in order to put looks together for clients
Pay:
· Starting at $16/hr with a $1.50 increase once fully trained (starting pay is based on experience)
