Applicant should have a working knowledge of cannabis and preferably a background with dispensary experience. Those without cannabis knowledge will not be considered. Barista experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with product ordering as needed.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers and conduct product demos.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
- Maintaining a clean store environment between customers.
- Make simple cafe beverages such as coffee, smoothies or tea.
- Contingent on skill level, there could be opportunity to travel across the tri-state area for cannabis oriented events.
As this is a retail position, weekend hours are expected. However, we rotate weekends off so that our entire team is afforded time off on the weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
