About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager / Trainer to join our U.S. team immediately. This role is critical in driving successful client implementations while ensuring end users are fully equipped to adopt and use our solutions effectively.
You will work closely with clients throughout their journey—from project kickoff through go-live—helping to deliver a smooth rollout and a positive, high-quality experience.
What you’ll do
Project Planning & Onboarding
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Guide cients through onboarding and set clear expectations
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Manage timelines, risks, and day-to-day project activities
- Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned to client goals
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and advocate for them internally
Training & User Adoption
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops
- Customize content to align with client workflows
- Help clients adopt best practices and maximize value
Performance, Risk & Support Management
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues quickly
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate regular project meetings and updates
- Align internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) with client needs
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement
- Gather client feedback and improve processes
- Maintain and enhance training and onboarding materials
- Drive improvements that elevate the client experience
What you bring
- Proven experience in project management and the full project lifecycle
- Strong skills in scheduling, scope management, and budgeting
- Experience with risk management and time management practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 especially Power point, legal tech, or document management systems
- Familiarity Microsoft SharePoint
- Background in training delivery, change management, or onboarding clients

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
