SHAFER SERVICES PLUS, a leader in HVAC and Plumbing services in Central Texas is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist looking to join an energetic and growing Family.

The Big Task
You will contribute to the success of our accounting department by ensuring our bills are paid timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Match Purchase Orders with vendor bills and vendor statements for accuracy.
- Reconcile Vendor Statements for accuracy.
- Enter all Credit Card transactions.
- Reconcile Credit Card statements monthly.
- Track Credits for Warranty returns.
- Maintain accuracy of Accounts Payable & vendor accounts
- Ensure up to date tax documents from vendors as required prior to payment
Although experience in the HVAC industry is preferred, it is not required. The following attributes are necessary for this position:
- 3+ year Accounts Payable experience
- 1+ year Sage Intacct experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office experience
- Service Titan Experience is a plus
- Familiar with inventory tracking and accountability
- Organized and Innovative
- Positive attitude
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
