Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Massage/Orthopedic Massage Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping clients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve their functional movement, we want you on our team. At Rockies Therapeutic we are focused on working with Veterans, Workers Comp, Auto Injury, Physical Therapist and other Medical Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess client needs to determine targeted, medical-focused massage treatments.
- Perform high-quality, customized orthopedic, and injury-recovery massages (30/60/90-minute sessions).
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes and treatment plans for each client.
- Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in the field of medical massage therapy.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on patient service excellence.
- Experience in a medical massage, rehab or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess relevant certifications and licenses as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice.
Requirements - start date is contingent of the following
- Acquiring an NPI and CAQH profile (I can assist if needed)
- Getting credentialed for TriWest/VA
- Licensure: Active and valid Colorado Massage Therapy License (LMT).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic, medical, or sports massage.
- Insurance: Valid professional liability insurance coverage.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and pathology. Excellent communication and client assessment skills.

Pay: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
