Dixie's is looking for individuals to join our growing team. Experience preferred but if not applicants will be trained to perform all pre-grooming responsibilities for pets that come to Dixie's (washing, drying, nails, ear cleaning, external anal gland expression). Additionally, this position also requires interacting with clients (answering phones, checking clients in, checking clients out). Finally, the ability to work in a team environment to accomplish the overall tasks of keeping our pets and clients, happy, safe and satisfied with every experience at Dixie's.
Qualifications
- Kennel experience
- Animal handling and restraint skills
- Proficiency in pet care and animal care
- Premium skills in dog training, veterinary experience, and pet grooming
- Relevant skills in customer service and ability to handle heavy lifting
