Part-Time Healthcare Marketing Liaison
Trusted Hearts Home Care is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Marketing Liaison to help grow our nurse-led home care agency throughout Kane, DuPage, and Cook Counties.
This is a part-time contract opportunity with flexible scheduling and potential for long-term growth as the agency expands.
The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable networking within healthcare and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach to:
- hospitals
- rehab facilities
- skilled nursing facilities
- physician offices
- assisted living communities
- senior apartments
- dialysis centers
- community organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- social workers
- case managers
- discharge planners
- admissions coordinators
- nurses
- healthcare professionals
- Educate referral sources about home care services offered by Trusted Hearts Home Care
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional information
- Attend health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
- Follow up on referrals and maintain communication with referral partners
- Track outreach activities, referrals, and facility visits
- Assist with community awareness and social media initiatives when needed
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, home health, senior services, or admissions preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible schedule
- 15–20 hours weekly
- 3–4 days per week
Pay
- $20–25 per hour
