<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Teacher to inspire and educate our youngest learners. In this role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, social skills, and physical activity. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape positive experiences for children during their foundational years.
<Duties>
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support childhood development, literacy education, and early intervention strategies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques.
- Facilitate age-appropriate lessons.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to the child.
- Support toddlers and preschoolers with daycare routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times.
<Requirements>
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
