We are seeking a skilled Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The ideal candidate has experience in food handling, culinary skills, and a strong commitment to food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans
- Assist with meal preparation and assembly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Skills
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and prevent contamination.

- Food preparation: Ability to prepare ingredients, measure portions, and follow recipes accurately.
- Meal preparation: Experience in planning, prepping, and assembling meals for service.
- Knife skills: Proficiency in using knives for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks.
- Catering: Knowledge of catering operations including menu planning, setup, serving, and cleanup.
- Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations including order taking, table service, and customer interactions.
