Admissions Representative - Georgia Driving Academy
Georgia Driving Academy in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced Admissions Advisor/Recruiter. This position requires three (3+) years of admissions/professional sales experience. As Georgia's leading CDL Training School, we have been providing career training for over 28 years helping to improve the lives of thousands of Georgians. Our mission is to provide technical career training programs that will contribute to the economic growth and development of the individual, the community, and the State.
The Admissions Advisor is the heartbeat of the school, driving the success through enrollments and graduates. Desired candidates will possess an energetic personality, professional attitude, creative thinking skills, altruistic desire, and be a team player. Additionally, candidates would be served well to have high ethical standards and an assiduous tenacity to achieve goals. Our admissions environment is started by training and requires no cold calls.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum three (3) years of sales or admissions experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of lead management software is a plus. GDA utilizes Vanillasoft to manage all leads at the campus.
- Ability to work assigned hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
Excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional follow-up/follow-through skills; able to multi-task while paying attention to the details.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of individuals with varying educational backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; skilled listener.
- Displays an organized and results-oriented approach, and motivation to perform without extensive direction.
Full benefits with medical, dental, vision, 401K retirement plan with company participation, and 17 PTO days annually with 10 paid holidays annually. Overtime pays on hours worked over 40 in a week. Drug Test and Background Check Required. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5:45 pm.
