**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals, couples and/or families facing mental health challenges. Therapists will play a crucial role in providing support and care to those in need. We are offering both part-time and full-time positions. Minimum 7 client hours a week to be eligible for benefits the minimum weekly average caseload is 24 clients.
If you accept a 1099 role the income split up to 73% of monthly income received.
**Duties:** - Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families with various mental health conditions - Developing and implementing treatment plans - Monitor and document client's behaviors and progress - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate medical documentation following DSM-5/ICD-10 coding standards - Utilize psychotherapy techniques to support patients in their recovery journey -Complete diagnostic and other assessments as needed -Completing all documentation in a timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field- ***Fully Licensed Clinicians in MN LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP.***
- Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience working with individuals with a number of clinical diagnoses.
- Preferred familiarity with child and family counseling techniques.
We will consider pre-licensed providers.

Compensation/Scheduling:
We scale pay based on number of clients seen per month. While building caseload we start practitioners at the highest end of compensation for the first 3 months. If you're not bringing a caseload, this position starts part-time and scales to full-time as your caseload hits your desired capacity.
If you are looking for W2 positions we offer lower split percentages to balance out required benefits. Positions start as part-time if you are not bringing a caseload with you.
