We are building an AI computing data center on a 62-acre site in Greater Atlanta, with a signed power agreement with Georgia Power. We're looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead facility buildout and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily data center operations and facilities management
- Coordinate with Georgia Power on power delivery and compliance
- Manage GPU server infrastructure, cooling, networking, and physical security
- Develop SOPs, maintenance schedules, and incident response protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and construction teams
- Support external compute leasing operations and client onboarding
Requirements:
- 5+ years in data center operations or facilities management
- Experience with high-density GPU server environments preferred
- Knowledge of power systems, UPS, cooling (CRAC/CRAH), and structured cabling
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
- Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
