Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Supervision: Transport crew members to job sites and portable storage pods/containers, directing the team from start to finish.
- Drive Efficiency: Push and motivate the crew to keep a steady pace, stay organized, and complete jobs on time.
- Customer Point-of-Contact: Communicate professionally with clients on-site to address questions and ensure total satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Oversee proper wrapping, padding, loading, and packing inside pods and job locations to guarantee zero damage.
Requirements:
- Previous moving experience required (1+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing or supervising a crew.
- Reliable transportation to transport yourself and team members to job/pod sites.
- Able to work alongside the team and lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Background Check Required: We are a Fair Chance employer. A background check is required, but prior convictions do not automatically disqualify you. Qualifications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, focusing on job performance and safety (violent crimes and robbery/theft excluded due to working inside customer residences).
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
