Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout service
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Support servers with bussing duties, including removing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, and management to coordinate service flow
- Handle basic food handling tasks such as preparing garnishes or assisting with light food prep when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving, bussing, and food preparation enhances performance
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests
