Job Description
- 3 years minimum experience in diagnosis, repair, service, maintenance, and improvement of residential and commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
- Demonstrates success in converting maintenance calls into sales and consistently generating high revenue
- Proven success in diagnosing and resolving complex problems related to HVAC.
- Proven success in recommending best solutions for HVAC replacements, and Air Flow and Air Quality products.
- Experience in designing ductwork and or in the installation, modification, or repair of HVAC ductwork systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of residential and light commercial systems.
- Assist in the development and training of Jr and Mid-level Tech Team.
- Provide Technical Support and or Field Support when needed.
- Perform Quality Assurance inspections of repairs and or installations to enforce quality workmanship.
- Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of interpreting mechanical blueprints a plus, but not required.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, peers, and Management.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks when needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years experience in the HVAC field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Experience
- Must have EPA license.
- Nate certification a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in extreme weather, and in tight attics and or small crawl spaces.
- Must be able to kneel, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Possess a clean and neat work appearance.
- Basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
