Poppy Store is a luxe baby and childrenswear boutique with outposts in Northern and Southern California, along with an e-commerce site. The Poppy brand represents classic style, with a nod to European ease and urban functionality. From everyday essentials to playful partywear, Poppy exhibits an expertly curated collection of the best international brands in pint-sized fashions.
The Keyholder is a key employee in operating a successful Poppy Store business. A Keyholder is responsible for serving customers and accurately recording all sales, assisting with merchandising responsibilities, and keeping the store neat, clean, and organized. The Keyholder supports a profitable business through successful floor supervision and is capable of opening and closing shop responsibilities. The Keyholder reports to the Store Manager.

- Restocking the sales floor when needed
- Assist in tagging new merchandise
- Able to receive and process merchandise as needed
- Able to handle transfers and return to vendors as needed
- Able to open and close a store
Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and the upcoming holiday season
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills, effective communicator
- Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve a sale and repeat business
- Basic computer skills
- Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 40lbs. minimum, including fixtures and product
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
