Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, handle payments accurately, and balance registers at the end of each shift.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, proactively offering refills or additional menu suggestions to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender or waitress is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support busy periods.
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills that contribute to a lively, supportive work environment.
Pay: From $14.42 per hour
