Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Active state licensure for SLP or willingness to obtain
- Strong passion for supporting pediatric populations within school settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload within a school environment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and establish individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal standards
- Adapt to the evolving needs of students, educators, and the school community with flexibility and professionalism
