Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software such as OPERA
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude and proactive solutions
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and hotel emergencies
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
- Uphold hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
- Support guest services initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally
- Experience with night audit processes and hotel billing procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Background in resort experience or large-scale hospitality environments is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence
