Privately-owned small animal practice in West Chester, PA - minutes from Exton and Downingtown. We're hiring a CVT (or a really good non-CVT - please apply anyway!)
The schedule: M–F, 8:30–5:30. No nights. No weekends. No on-call. No kidding.
Our full-time team works four days with one day off during the week. Part-timers? Let's talk!
The team: Skilled, funny, slightly unhinged in the good way. We actually like each other. Burnout isn't a badge of honor here.
The tech: We're a paperless, cloud-based, digital-tools kind of practice. If you love a good workflow tweak, digital tools, and killing off busywork - you'll fit right in.
You are: A restraint ninja (cats included), confident in anesthesia with docs who back you up, a genuine patient advocate, and someone who likes to joke.
