Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver who can operate:
- Fully loaded 18 Yard dump trucks
-Dump trucks pulling heavy equipment
-Off-Road Trucks
-Water Trucks
-Be able to load themself with a loader or excavator.
Must have a Class A CDL with at least 2 years of experience driving manual trucks. We prefer you to have a Tanker certification on your license in order to drive our water truck. Additional pay can be offered to those with experience pulling a Low Boy trailer with large heavy Equipment.
Duties
- Safely operate a variety of trucks.
- Execute route driving to deliver materials and equipment to multiple locations as scheduled.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo transported.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transport.
- Operate manual transmission vehicles as required by specific routes or loads.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of route navigation.
- Ability to load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
