What you'll be doing:
· Selling new roofs, siding, gutters and windows
· Canvasing and cultivating new leads
· Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. For retail, you will present different solutions for our clients needs
· Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
· Establish and maintain best practices with leadership
What you'll bring:
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and discipline
· Proficiency in CRM software such as RoofR, Lead Scout, Company Cam or similar platforms for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting
· Must be able to effectively send emails and use basic Microsoft applications (Word, Powerpoint) on a company provided Ipad
· Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
· Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
· Experience in insurance sales in a roofing/storm restoration industry is required
· Prior customer service experience is encouraged
· Must have a valid Driver's License, and a cellphone
· Must be able to safely climb on and off of roofs on a daily basis to perform inspections and estimates

Estimated Pay:The sky is the limit. This is a commission role so you control your own destiny. This is a salary plus commission role. If you are a rockstar, and sell a lot of jobs, you will make very good money working with us.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
