This candidate must have basic computer skills with a high level of proficiency with Internet applications. Experience with Vin Solutions and Xtime a plus but will train.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls.
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email, phone and text.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Call customers to confirm their visit reached their expectations.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette is a must.
- HS diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2 years of previous customer service experience is preferred
- 1 -2 years of experience working in a call center environment is preferred
