Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performs enhancement activities such as mulch applications, plantings, topsoil application, soil amendment, river rock install, and tree planting.
- Operates a variety of equipment and tools including but not limited to bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers.
- Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Operate a snowplow and truck during the snow removal season.

Reports to: Residential Maintenance Manager
Works closely with: Maintenance Division Director, Mechanic, supply yard
Typical Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-5:00pm, some weekends
Desired Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a landscaping crew member role.
- Strong base horticulture knowledge.
- Knowledge in most residential irrigation systems preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and physically have full range of motion in upper and lower body.
- Nebraska Pesticide Applicators License is a plus.
- Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Must be comfortable working long shifts and weekends when necessary.
