What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you will keep production moving by:
- Gathering, weighing, and blending raw materials
- Maintaining material flow to machines (resin, colorants, additives)
- Operating grinders and managing regrind processes
- Assisting with machine purges and hopper cleaning
- Connecting and managing vacuum material systems
- Documenting material movements and lot control data
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting inventory control
- Inspecting and maintaining material-handling equipment
- Unloading bulk resin trailers
This is a physically active, high-responsibility role where accuracy, safety, and teamwork matter every day.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift experience required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory flow and shipping processes
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented mindset
