Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and sanitary throughout your shift.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support overall restaurant operations.
- Support food preparation tasks by handling basic ingredient prep or assisting with plating when needed.
- Contribute to banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
- Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for ongoing food service.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
