Location: Lehigh Acres, FL
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3 days per week
Successful Steps Support Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to provide community-based support to an adult client in the Lehigh Acres area.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany client on community outings and activities
- Encourage socialization and community involvement
- Assist with recreational activities such as:
- Park visits
- Swimming
- Dining out
- Shopping trips
- Community events and other activities of interest
- Provide supervision, companionship, and support while promoting independence
- Document services provided according to company policies
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to engage clients in community activities
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
- Must pass required background screenings and complete training requirements
