GraniteLand Pensacola is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating countertop fabrication and installation schedules while serving as a central point of communication between customers, production teams, warehouse staff, and installation crews.
The ideal candidate is professional, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and strong communication.
Position Responsibilities
- Schedule countertop fabrication and installation jobs through Stone Profit Systems
- Coordinate daily schedules and arrival times for installation crews
- Communicate scheduling updates and confirmations with customers
- Monitor production timelines and adjust schedules as needed
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure job readiness
- Maintain organized and accurate job notes within the scheduling system
- Assist with pull ticket preparation and next-day job planning
- Help ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction throughout the scheduling process
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Previous experience in scheduling, construction, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or related industries preferred
- Experience with Stone Profit Systems is a plus, but not required
