This role is about ownership of execution across the company.
You will lead how installation work is planned, coordinated, and delivered—working in partnership with our Team Operations Lead and alongside design, sales, and service teams.
We are a small, highly collaborative organization. This role succeeds through coordination, clarity, and shared accountability—not isolation.
How installation work is set up before it begins
How crews are coordinated and supported in the field
How materials, timing, and sequencing come together
How quality is maintained across all projects
How work is closed out and communicated
You are accountable for how the work comes together—not for doing all of it yourself.
Execution is shared across multiple team members
Leadership is collaborative
Support is available—but ownership is expected
You will step into the field when needed, coordinate across teams, and ensure that projects move forward with clarity and momentum.
Work runs smoothly without constant intervention
Crews understand who is leading and what success looks like
Projects are completed on time and at a high standard
Issues are identified early and resolved quickly
Communication across the team is clear and consistent
Strong operational instincts and field awareness
Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity
Direct communicator who brings structure to complexity
Takes ownership naturally
Cares about quality, presentation, and follow-through
Comfortable working within structured systems and tools (experience with Airtable is a plus)
This role has room to expand over time.
As you grow into the position, you may take ownership of additional areas within the company based on your strengths and interests.
Facility operations and environment
Workflow systems and tools
Other operational areas that require leadership
We shape environments that influence behavior, focus energy, and create lasting impact.
Our work spans interior plant design, exterior seasonal programs, and large-scale holiday installations across Philadelphia.
We care deeply about how things are done—not just what gets done.
If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
