As a Crew Lead, you will:
- Lead a 2 man crew on junk removal and home cleanout jobs
- Estimate jobs and finalize pricing on site
- Communicate with clients for arrival time
- Haul and remove heavy loads of various size
- Safely drive and operate company vehicles and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
- Collect payment and tips from customers per job
- Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and management
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to Neat Freak standards
- Represent our mission and core values on every job site

Experience & Requirements
Required:
- Prior experience in general labor roles required; enthusiasm for helping others and drive for personal growth is essential
- Ability to provide strong customer service with high level of professionalism
- Valid drivers licenses with clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety techniques (up to 150lbs per person)
- Reliable transportation to meet at truck daily
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving moving furniture, appliances, or debris
- Ability to drive a large vehicle safely and efficiently
Preferred:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for growth and customer service
- Familiarity with moving, junk removal, jobsite management
- Experience with sales and estimating
- Experience leading or managing others
