We’re seeking an energetic and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit starts with a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary documentation
- Record and process patient payments; update financial information
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Work closely with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
- Uphold HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality
- Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year experience in a medical office is required
- Knowledge of medical insurance, EMR systems, and Phreesia preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work at our Roseville/SCS/Grosse Pointe locations with advanced notice
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with consistent scheduling
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
