Client Relations & Sales Coordinator

The Body, a growing body sculpting and wellness studio in Charlotte, is looking for a proactive, organized, and sales-driven Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This is a mostly remote position focused primarily on client communication, sales, follow-ups, and managing our client database. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly adaptable, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Sales
- Respond to new client inquiries via phone, text, Instagram, and website
- Call new, existing, and inactive clients to introduce services, promotions, and special offers
- Consistently follow up with leads and clients
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Work with our existing client database to generate repeat bookings
- Re-engage past clients
- Explain services, packages, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Communicate with local influencers and potential partners when needed
Basic Social Media & Content Support
- Visit the studio approximately once per week for 2–3 hours to film photo and video content
- Edit basic short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
- Assist with TikTok content
- Post simple Instagram Stories using provided templates, topics, and content guidelines
- Help organize existing photo and video content
- Assist with occasional content-related tasks as needed
This is not a full social media management position. Content responsibilities are secondary to client communication and sales.

- Comfortable reaching out to clients and making follow-up calls

- Proactive and able to work independently
- Fast learner who can quickly understand new information and systems
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and basic video editing
- Able to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Located in or near Charlotte, NC
Previous experience in sales, customer service, client relations, beauty, wellness, spa, or a similar client-focused business is preferred.
Compensation & Growth
- $2,000/month guaranteed base pay
- 5% commission on qualifying sales/bookings
- Additional performance bonuses for reaching sales goals

Schedule
This is a mostly remote, part-time position, with approximately one studio visit per week for 2–3 hours for content creation.
Regular availability for client communication, calls, and follow-ups is required.
