NURSE PRACTITIONER – CLINIC LEAD

We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (3+ years, ideally with Tri-Cities experience) to help lead a new independent primary care clinic in Bristol, Tennessee.
This isn’t a traditional provider role. You’ll help shape the clinic from the ground up — its culture, care model, workflows, and team — while delivering patient-centered primary care.
OUR APPROACH
We want providers focused on what matters most: clinical decision-making and meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
A coordinated care team will extend that care beyond the office visit, supporting patients with:
- Care plan follow-up
- Care-gap outreach
- Medication and follow-up needs
- Care coordination and navigation
- Barriers that affect a patient’s health and care
Technology and AI will help reduce administrative burden, surface patient needs, and route work to the right team member at the right time — extending the provider’s reach while keeping clinical judgment and human connection at the center.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN NP WHO:
- Has 3+ years of NP experience with a strong family medicine or primary care background
- Has strong clinical confidence and judgment
- Enjoys leading a care team and building lasting patient relationships
- Believes primary care should be proactive and continuous — not just visit-based
- Is excited to use AI and modern technology to improve care, streamline workflows, and reduce busywork
- Wants a real voice in building a better independent primary care model
Location: Bristol, TN
Position: Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Lead
Schedule: Part-time or full-time options may be available
All clinical responsibilities will be performed in accordance with applicable Tennessee licensure, certification, and scope-of-practice requirements.
