Celly Mobile Dialysis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding Acute / Mobile Dialysis team. This is a hospital-based contract position serving adult patients requiring acute or chronic dialysis therapies across our Dallas–Fort Worth partner facilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective dialysis treatments for adult patients in accordance with nephrologist orders and company protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions
- Collaborate with nephrologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary hospital teams
- Accurately document treatments in each facility’s EMR (most commonly Epic)
- Maintain adherence to infection-control standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Travel between partnered hospitals in the Dallas–Fort Worth region as needed (travel reimbursement provided)
- Participate in on-call rotation to support acute patient needs
- Demonstrate compassion, technical skill, and critical thinking in high-acuity settings
QualificationsRequired
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or Compact)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of hospital or critical care experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for mobile hospital coverage
Preferred
- BSN
- Prior experience in dialysis, critical care, or nephrology nursing
- ACLS / PALS (may be obtained after hire)
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) credential
Work Environment
Acute hospital environment (partnered Texas hospitals)
Typical start time: 6–8 AM; end of day determined by treatment completion
May work across multiple sites within the region (travel reimbursed)

- Hemodialysis
- Peritoneal Dialysis
- CRRT
- Therapeutic Plasma Exchange
