Valere Solutions LLC is seeking dependable General Cleaners to join our team. We provide professional commercial, janitorial, and post-construction cleaning services, and we are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Important:
Applicants must have prior experience cleaning commercial buildings. This position requires individuals who understand professional cleaning standards and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties
- General commercial cleaning
- Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Floor care services (strip & wax, scrub & rinse, carpet cleaning)
- Following company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Applicants must have experience in the following areas:
- Cleaning commercial buildings (offices, retail, warehouses, etc.)
Applicants without commercial cleaning experience will not be considered.
- Floor care services, including:
- Strip and wax
- Scrub and rinse
- Carpet cleaning
- Use of professional cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of proper chemical use and safety practices
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required
- Experience with floor machines and carpet cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and dependable
