Northstar Dental Implants is seeking a high-performing Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to help lead our newest implant-focused location. Northstar Dental Implants is an upcoming modern PPO focused implant, cosmetic, and restorative dental practice backed by seasoned team of dentists. Our mission is to provide life-changing dentistry through advanced technology, exceptional patient experiences, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Your Role
You will serve as the operational and patient experience leader of the practice, working directly with doctors, team members, and patients to ensure exceptional results and continuous growth.
Primary ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordination
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and financing solutions
- Discuss fees and financial arrangements comfortably and effectively
- Help patients overcome objections and move forward with recommended care
- Track treatment acceptance and unscheduled treatment opportunities
- Follow up consistently with pending treatment plans
Office Management
- Lead and manage daily office operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improve office efficiency and workflow
- Manage team schedules and accountability
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first call to treatment completion
Financial & Insurance Oversight
- Understand PPO insurance benefits and claims processes
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections
- Review production and collection goals
- Coordinate financing options including CareCredit, Cherry, and other payment solutions
- Ensure financial systems and processes are followed consistently
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3+ years of dental treatment coordination or office management experience
- Implant dentistry experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of treatment acceptance and case presentation success
- Comfortable discussing large treatment plans ranging from $5,000 to $50,000+
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance and dental billing
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Results-driven mindset with strong leadership abilities
- Ability to motivate patients and team members alike

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000+ depending on experience
