We’re looking for a musician with advanced piano skills to manage and operate the after-school facet of our company. As a premier music education company, we’re deeply rooted in high-level performance backgrounds and our staff body reflects this.

What to Expect
- Recruit Hire and Train Teachers – Recruit, continually train, and support the after-school staff. Help solidify the manuals that staff use for guidance in the classroom.
- Coordinate with Schools and Parents – Set up classes, maintain contracts, expand to new areas, schedule with schools and after-school staff, keep up to date all administrative paperwork needed.
- Manage Equipment – Get staff equipped with the company-provided instruments and materials they’ll need in class.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment – Maintain the success of the many well-established Sound Formation after-school offerings including piano and hand-percussion.
Requirements
- Advanced ability in piano performance which is necessary for training staff
- Comfortable teaching and leading mixed-age groups of children (K–5th grade)
- Strong communicator with a professional and positive demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to move musical equipment
- Organized, dependable, and able to systemize recurring processes
