Choice Health Integrated operates two Behavioral Health Integrated Clinics and is expanding its services to include innovative services to meet the members/clients needs. .
We are currently hiring 1:1 Attendants to provide weekend support in their apartments for our SMI members, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
✅ Experience working in a Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF)
✅ Both Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and Peer Support Certifications
✅ A valid CPR Certification and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
✅ Availability to work overnight weekends Saturday & Sunday 7pm-7am shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support in an independent living setting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the member at all times
- Assist with daily living activities, emotional support, and skill-building
- Follow care plans and document member progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with the care team and report any concerns
