Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse teams, oversee construction schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools.
Duties
- Set up files for new projects
- Convey project information to field personnel
- Obtain and submit insurance certificates, W-9s, mix designs, schedules of values, and other documents as required
- Contract with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist ownership with scheduling
- Order materials from suppliers as necessary
- Order public and private utility locations
- Attend job progress meetings as necessary
- Prepare invoices and payment applications
- Estimate and process change orders request
- Assist with resolution of project issues
- Prepare and submit close-out documents
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on complex scheduling and cost control
- Proficiency with PlanSwift and Excel, Construction management software, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent project scheduling skills combined with effective time management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of construction site safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction management principles
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
