Bridge 2 Success Group Home is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and support to clients in a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals
- Monitor and document client behaviors, health concerns, and daily activities
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and healthcare professionals
- Support clients in achieving daily goals and independence
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
